FAQ

Everything you need to know about using Travel by Electric

Open the map, select your desired station, or use the filters for connector type, charging speed, and availability. On the station screen, tap Get Directions and choose a navigation app. 

 After creating your account, we will contact you to finalize your contract and arrange your Charging  card  (RFID). Details will be sent by email.

 Search for charging stations along your route and tap Add Stop to include them in your trip.
 You can view and manage all your stops in the My Stops section on the map.
 Once you’re ready, tap Get Directions to start navigation.

Go to the FAQ section in the app and tap Contact Us to reach our support team. Alternatively, call +359 888 392 051 during office hours (Monday – Friday between 09:00-18:00).
